Ingredients

Scale

2 cups white chocolate or candy melts

8 mini peanut butter cups, halved

16 candy eyes

8 orange sprinkles or small orange candies (for noses)

Parchment paper for lining

Instructions

1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set out all decorations before melting the chocolate.

2. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring each time until fully melted and smooth.

3. Spoon blobs of the melted chocolate onto the parchment and spread into irregular ovals to resemble melted snowmen.

4. Quickly decorate each “puddle” with a halved peanut butter cup for the hat, candy eyes, and an orange sprinkle nose.

5. Let the bark set at room temperature for 30–45 minutes or in the fridge for 15–20 minutes until firm.

6. Once set, gently peel the bark from the parchment paper and break into individual snowman pieces.

7. Serve, package for gifts, or store for later!

Notes

Be sure to melt the chocolate slowly to avoid scorching—white chocolate is sensitive to heat.

Decorate each snowman quickly after spooning the chocolate, or it may set before you finish.

Store in a cool, dry place to avoid melting or decorations falling off.
