Ingredients
- 2 naan breads
- 1 large grilled chicken breast (or 2 smaller), sliced
- ½ cup tzatziki sauce
- 1 medium tomato, thinly sliced
- ¼ small red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Marinate and Cook Chicken: Marinate the chicken with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Grill or pan-sear until cooked through. Slice thinly.

Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place a baking sheet or pizza stone in the oven if desired.

Assemble Pizza: Place naan on a baking sheet. Lightly brush with olive oil. Layer with sliced grilled chicken, tomatoes, and red onion.
