  • 2 naan breads
  • 1 large grilled chicken breast (or 2 smaller), sliced
  • ½ cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1 medium tomato, thinly sliced
  • ¼ small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate and Cook Chicken: Marinate the chicken with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Grill or pan-sear until cooked through. Slice thinly.

  2. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place a baking sheet or pizza stone in the oven if desired.

  3. Assemble Pizza: Place naan on a baking sheet. Lightly brush with olive oil. Layer with sliced grilled chicken, tomatoes, and red onion.

  4. Bake: Bake for 8–10 minutes, until naan is crisp and toppings are heated through.

  5. Add Tzatziki and Garnish: Remove from oven. Top with generous dollops or drizzles of tzatziki. Sprinkle with fresh parsley.
