Ingredients

2 chicken breasts

1 cup orzo pasta

1 cup heavy cream

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 lemon, juiced

1 ½ cups broccoli florets

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tbsp olive oil

Fresh parsley or basil, for garnish

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked. Set aside to rest before slicing.

2. Cook the orzo in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions (about 8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.

3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

4. Add broccoli florets to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes until tender. Add a splash of water or broth if needed.

5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth. Add lemon juice and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.

6. Add the cooked orzo to the skillet and toss to combine with the sauce. Slice the grilled chicken and place it on top of the orzo. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve immediately.
