- 1 pound rotini pasta
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 20–24 cooked meatballs (thawed if frozen)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 small onion, diced and sautéed
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook rotini until just shy of al dente. Drain.
- In a large bowl, toss the pasta with marinara sauce and any optional seasonings.
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and spread the sauced pasta evenly across the bottom.
- Arrange the meatballs on top of the pasta.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the meatballs.
- Cover loosely with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
