4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 slices bacon, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sear chicken until golden brown, 5-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, cook chopped bacon until crispy. Remove bacon and set aside.
- Add minced garlic and sun-dried tomatoes to the skillet, sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir in parmesan cheese and simmer until the sauce thickens.
- Return chicken and bacon to the skillet, coat with sauce. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes
- If your chicken breasts are thick, slice them in half lengthwise for faster and more even cooking.
- Adjust the red pepper flakes based on your spice preference.
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for 2 months. Reheat gently with a splash of broth or cream to keep the sauce creamy.
