- 3/4 cup cold buttermilk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar.
