Ingredients

Scale

1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and black pepper to taste

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

¼ teaspoon chili flakes

3 tablespoons honey

2 cloves garlic minced

1 tablespoon hot sauce

1 tablespoon soy sauce

Fresh parsley or basil for garnish

8 oz rotini pasta

1 cup small broccoli florets

1 tablespoon butter

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning

½ teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and black pepper to taste

Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add rotini pasta and cook according to package instructions. In the last 2–3 minutes, add broccoli florets. Drain and set aside.

2. Season diced chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and chili flakes.

3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 6–8 minutes until golden and fully cooked. Set aside.

4. In the same skillet, reduce heat. Sauté garlic in a bit of oil until fragrant. Add honey, hot sauce, and soy sauce. Simmer 2–3 minutes.

5. Return cooked chicken to the skillet. Toss to coat in hot honey garlic glaze. Remove from heat.

6. In a clean saucepan, melt butter and olive oil over medium-low heat. Add Cajun seasoning and garlic powder.

7. Slowly pour in heavy cream. Whisk and simmer for 3–4 minutes. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted. Season to taste.

8. Add pasta and broccoli to the Alfredo sauce. Stir to coat evenly and heat through.

9. Plate pasta and top with hot honey garlic chicken bites. Garnish with fresh basil or parsley.

10. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For a thinner Alfredo sauce, add a splash of pasta water or milk.

Don’t overcrowd the chicken in the pan—cook in batches for better browning.

Make it kid-friendly by reducing or skipping the chili flakes and hot sauce.
