1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons fresh rosemary finely chopped

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup unsalted butter cold and cubed

3 to 4 tablespoons cold water

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 teaspoon coarse sea salt


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper

2. In a large bowl mix the flour grated Parmesan cheese chopped rosemary and salt until evenly combined

3. Add the cold cubed butter and work it into the flour mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs
