Ingredients

  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup dark cocoa powder
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 1/2 cups powdered milk
  • 1 tablespoon powdered vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chunks
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, dark cocoa powder, unsweetened cocoa powder, powdered milk, powdered vanilla, salt, and cornstarch until well blended.
  2. Transfer the mixture to an airtight container, then layer with dark chocolate chunks and mini marshmallows.
