For the Frosting:

- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2–3 tablespoons milk
Instructions
- Activate the Yeast: In a large mixing bowl, combine warm milk, yeast, and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until foamy.
- Prepare the Dough: Add the remaining sugar, eggs, melted butter, and salt to the yeast mixture. Gradually add flour and knead until smooth and elastic.
- Let the Dough Rise: Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours or until doubled in size.
- Make the Filling: Mix softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Roll Out the Dough: On a lightly floured surface, roll dough into a 16×12-inch rectangle. Spread the cinnamon filling evenly over the dough.
- Roll and Cut: Tightly roll the dough into a log and cut into 12 equal pieces using a sharp knife or dental floss.
- Second Rise: Place rolls in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, cover, and let them rise for another 30-45 minutes.
- Bake: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Prepare the Frosting: Beat cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk until smooth.
- Frost and Serve: Let rolls cool slightly, then spread frosting over warm rolls. Enjoy!
