- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika (optional)
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Lemon slices, for garnish

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Pat cod fillets dry and arrange in the dish.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, and garlic.
- Pour mixture evenly over the fillets. Use a brush if needed.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and paprika. Garnish with lemon slices.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until cod flakes easily with a fork.
- Optional: Broil for 1–2 minutes for a golden finish.
- Remove, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately.
