- 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 medium zucchini, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped (or 1 tsp dried)
- 1.5 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: ½ tsp smoked paprika or red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil and ground beef. Cook, breaking it apart with a spatula, until browned (6–8 minutes). Drain excess fat if needed.
