  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, smoked paprika, oregano, black pepper, and salt until fully combined.
  2. Place the chicken in a large Ziploc bag or airtight container. Pour marinade over the chicken, seal, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight for best flavor).
