Ingredients

Scale

For the Steak Bites:

  • 1 ½ pounds sirloin, ribeye, or tenderloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh chopped parsley or chives, optional for garnish

For the Cajun Twisted Pasta:

  • 12 ounces rotini pasta (or any twisted pasta)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 to 1 ½ tablespoons Cajun seasoning (adjust to taste)
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Reserved pasta water, as needed

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Steak
Pat steak cubes dry, season with salt and pepper, and let rest for 10–15 minutes.

  2. Cook the Pasta
Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain and set aside.

  3. Sear the Steak Bites
Heat olive oil in a hot skillet. Sear steak bites in batches for 2 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.

  4. Make Garlic Butter
In the same skillet, lower heat to medium, add butter and garlic, sauté for 30 seconds.

  5. Toss Steak Bites with Parmesan
Return steak to skillet, toss with garlic butter, sprinkle with Parmesan, garnish with parsley.

  6. Prepare Cajun Pasta Sauce
In another pan, melt butter, sauté garlic. Add cream, Parmesan, and Cajun seasoning, whisk until smooth. Season to taste.

  7. Combine Pasta & Sauce
Toss cooked pasta in sauce, use reserved pasta water to adjust consistency.

  8. Serve
Plate pasta, top with garlic Parmesan steak bites. Serve immediately!
