  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Place chicken breasts in the dish and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. In a bowl, mix garlic, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese.
  4. Pour the sauce over the chicken, spreading evenly.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Optional: Broil for 2-3 minutes for a golden top.
  7. Rest for 5 minutes before serving; garnish with parsley.
