- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Place chicken breasts in the dish and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- In a bowl, mix garlic, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken, spreading evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Optional: Broil for 2-3 minutes for a golden top.
- Rest for 5 minutes before serving; garnish with parsley.
