Perfect as a snack, party appetizer, or easy weeknight meal, they’re one of those easy recipes you’ll make on repeat. Great for food ideas, dinner ideas, and anyone craving a handheld, cheesy bite!

Ingredients

Scale

1 pound ground beef

1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed or shredded

12 soft dinner rolls

3 tablespoons butter, melted

2 cloves garlic, minced

3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Season with salt and pepper, then drain the fat and set aside.

3. Slice the tops off the rolls and hollow out the centers gently.

4. Place a cube or pinch of cheddar cheese in the bottom of each roll.

5. Spoon in the beef mixture, pressing down lightly. Add more cheese on top if desired.

6. In a bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic.

7. Brush the tops of the rolls with garlic butter.

8. Sprinkle parmesan cheese and chopped parsley over each roll.

9. Place the rolls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

10. Bake for 15–18 minutes, until golden brown and the cheese is melted.

11. Cool slightly and serve warm for best taste.

Notes

Let the rolls come to room temperature before hollowing to avoid tearing.

Use parchment paper to prevent sticking and make cleanup easy.

To reheat, use the oven instead of the microwave for crispier texture.
