Description

Tender, juicy steak bites are seared to perfection and smothered in a rich, creamy garlic butter parmesan sauce. A quick and indulgent dish perfect for weeknight dinners or special occasions.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb steak (sirloin, ribeye, or tenderloin), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Pat steak pieces dry with paper towels. Season all sides generously with salt and black pepper.

  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  3. Add steak bites in a single layer. Sear for 1–2 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your preferred doneness. Work in batches if necessary. Transfer steak to a plate and set aside.

  4. Lower heat to medium. In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic. Cook, stirring constantly, for 30 seconds to 1 minute until fragrant.

  5. Pour in the heavy cream, bring to a gentle simmer, and cook for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.

  6. Gradually whisk in parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning with more salt and pepper if needed.

  7. Return steak bites (and any accumulated juices) to the skillet, stirring to coat in the sauce. Heat through for 1–2 more minutes.

  8. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
