Ingredients
500 g boneless skinless chicken breast
120 ml buffalo sauce
3 cloves fresh garlic minced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
250 g rotini pasta
250 ml creamy pasta sauce
4 celery sticks
Instructions
1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized cubes. Pat dry and season with salt and black pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 2–3 minutes per side until nearly cooked through.
3. Lower the heat and add minced garlic. Cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
4. Pour in buffalo sauce, tossing to coat the chicken. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
5. Meanwhile, cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and toss with creamy pasta sauce.
6. Plate the pasta, top with chicken bites, and add celery sticks on the side.
7. Garnish chicken with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Always pat the chicken dry before cooking for a better sear.
Adjust buffalo sauce quantity to your spice preference.
Store chicken and pasta separately for fresher leftovers.
