Description

A fluffy, no-bake dessert dip that tastes just like cake batter! This Funfetti Cake Dip is made with whipped topping, Greek yogurt, and cake mix, then sprinkled with rainbow joy. It’s the ultimate quick party treat.

1 box Funfetti cake mix (heat-treated)

1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt

1 ½ cups whipped topping (like Cool Whip)

¼ cup rainbow sprinkles (plus more for garnish)


Instructions

1. Heat-treat the dry cake mix by microwaving it in a bowl for 1 minute and 15 seconds, stirring every 15 seconds. Let it cool completely.

2. In a large bowl, combine the cooled cake mix with the vanilla Greek yogurt. Mix until smooth.

3. Gently fold in the whipped topping until the dip becomes fluffy and fully incorporated.

4. Add the sprinkles and fold them in gently, saving a few for garnish.

5. Cover and chill the dip for at least 30 minutes.

6. Before serving, top with more sprinkles and serve with your favorite dippers.

Notes

Be sure to let the cake mix cool completely after heat-treating before mixing it with yogurt.

Use thick yogurt like Greek to avoid a watery dip.

Fold in sprinkles gently to prevent bleeding of colors.
