- 4 cups fresh broccoli florets (chopped small)
- 1/4 cup red onion (finely diced)
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices crispy bacon (crumbled)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Chop the broccoli into small, bite-sized florets and place them in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the diced red onion, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, shredded cheddar cheese, and crumbled bacon to the bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss until everything is well coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
