Ingredients
3 to 4 lb chuck roast
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
3 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
