Ingredients
1 pre-baked flatbread crust or naan
1 ripe pear, thinly sliced

1 tablespoon honey, plus extra for drizzling
1 small handful fresh arugula
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 pinch sea salt

Instructions

2. Place flatbread on parchment-lined baking sheet or pizza stone and brush lightly with olive oil.

4. Arrange thin pear slices across the cheese, slightly overlapping.
