Ingredients

Scale

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup unsalted butter melted

3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese softened

1 cup granulated sugar

1 cup eggnog

3 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C) and prepare a springform pan.

2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter, then press into the pan to form the crust. Bake for 8–10 minutes and let cool.

3. Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar and mix until creamy.

4. Add eggnog, vanilla, nutmeg, and cinnamon, mixing gently.

5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing lightly after each addition.

6. Mix in flour and heavy cream until smooth.

7. Pour filling over crust and smooth the top.

8. Bake for 50–60 minutes until center is slightly jiggly.

9. Turn off oven, crack the door, and let cheesecake cool inside for 1 hour.

10. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

Use room temperature ingredients for a smoother batter.

Avoid overmixing to prevent cracks in the cheesecake.

Chill overnight for the best flavor and texture.
