- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder

- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add diced onion and cook until softened. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Drain any excess fat. Stir in cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and frozen vegetables. Cook for 2-3 minutes until well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle half the cheese on top.
- Arrange tater tots in a single layer over the cheese.
- Top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, until the tots are golden and the filling is bubbly.
