Ideal for game days, parties, or an easy family meal, they’re quick to make and packed with flavor!

Ingredients

Scale

For the Sliders:

  • 12 slider rolls (Hawaiian or brioche work great)
  • 1 ½ lbs ribeye steak, thinly sliced (or substitute with sirloin or shaved beef)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (optional, for extra flavor)
  • 6 slices provolone cheese (or white American cheese)

For the Butter Topping:

  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven – Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally without separating them completely. Place the bottom halves in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook the Steak and Vegetables – Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the diced onions and bell peppers, cooking until softened (about 3-4 minutes). Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.
  3. Sauté the Steak – Push the vegetables to one side and add the thinly sliced steak. Season with salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for about 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the steak is fully cooked. Mix everything together and remove from heat.
  4. Assemble the Sliders – Evenly spread the cooked steak mixture over the bottom halves of the rolls. Layer with provolone cheese slices, covering all the steak. Place the top halves of the rolls back on.
  5. Add Butter Topping – In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried parsley. Brush this mixture evenly over the top of the sliders. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
  6. Bake the Sliders – Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes, allowing the cheese to melt. Then, remove the foil and bake for another 5 minutes to lightly crisp up the tops.
  7. Serve and Enjoy – Let the sliders cool for a couple of minutes before slicing them apart. Serve warm and enjoy these cheesy, buttery bites!
