Ingredients

Scale

1 lb ground beef

2 cups dry pasta

2 cups Alfredo sauce

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup mozzarella cheese

1 roma tomato, diced

2 green onions, sliced

1 tablespoon ketchup (optional)

1 teaspoon yellow mustard (optional)

Salt and black pepper, to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil (if needed)

Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta until just shy of al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Season with salt and pepper. Drain excess grease if necessary.

3. Add diced tomato and green onions to the beef. Cook for 1–2 minutes. Stir in ketchup and mustard, if using.

4. Reduce heat to medium-low. Pour in Alfredo sauce and stir to combine. Simmer for 3–4 minutes.

5. Add cooked pasta and stir to coat in sauce. Add cheddar and mozzarella, stirring until melted and smooth.

6. Let the pasta simmer for 2 more minutes, stirring occasionally.

7. Turn off heat and garnish with parsley or extra green onions.

8. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Use freshly grated cheese for the creamiest texture — it melts better than pre-shredded.

To lighten the dish, try using ground turkey and low-fat Alfredo sauce.

For added texture, top with crispy bacon or crushed burger chips before serving.
