- 2 sheets puff pastry (thawed if frozen)
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar (plus extra for dusting)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Optional: fresh berries or chocolate drizzle for garnish
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the puff pastry: Unfold puff pastry sheets and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Prick all over with a fork.

Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown. Allow to cool completely.

Whip the cream: In a chilled bowl, beat heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract to soft peaks.

Assemble the cake: Place one puff pastry sheet on a serving platter. Spread with whipped cream. Top with the second sheet.
