3 cups cooked shredded chicken

12 oz medium pasta shells

8 oz cream cheese softened

1 cup sour cream

1 packet ranch seasoning mix

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cooked bacon crumbled

1/2 cup milk

2 tablespoons chopped green onions optional

1 tablespoon chopped parsley optional


Instructions

1. Cook pasta in salted water until al dente then drain and set aside

2. In a saucepan over medium heat combine cream cheese and milk and stir until smooth

3. Add ranch seasoning sour cream cheddar and mozzarella then mix until creamy

4. In a large bowl combine pasta chicken sauce and half the bacon

5. Transfer mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and spread evenly

6. Top with remaining cheese and bacon

7. Bake at 350°F 175°C for 20 to 25 minutes until bubbly and golden

8. Broil for 2 to 3 minutes for a crisp cheesy top if desired

9. Let the casserole rest 5 minutes then garnish and serve
