  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 12 oz penne pasta
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. Season and cook chicken breasts in a skillet until fully cooked. Shred or chop into bite-sized pieces.
  4. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, 1 cup of mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
  5. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and pour in the pasta mixture, spreading it evenly.
  6. Top with the remaining 1 cup of mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  8. Let rest for 5–10 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.
