- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 12 oz penne pasta
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Season and cook chicken breasts in a skillet until fully cooked. Shred or chop into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, 1 cup of mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and pour in the pasta mixture, spreading it evenly.
- Top with the remaining 1 cup of mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Let rest for 5–10 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.
