For the Dough:

  • 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

For the Filling:

  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

For the Glaze:

  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease an 8×8 or 9×9 inch baking dish.

  2. In a large bowl, mix Bisquick, milk, and sugar until just combined.

  3. Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface. Gently knead and roll into a 12 x 8-inch rectangle.

  4. Brush dough with melted butter.

  5. In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle evenly over the dough.

  6. Roll the dough tightly from the long side. Slice into 8 to 10 rolls.

  7. Place rolls in the prepared baking dish.

  8. Bake for 18 to 22 minutes, until golden and cooked through.

  9. While baking, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla for glaze.

  10. Let rolls cool slightly, then drizzle with glaze. Serve warm and enjoy!
