Ingredients
For the Dough:
- 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
- 2/3 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
For the Filling:
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
For the Glaze:
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 to 3 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease an 8×8 or 9×9 inch baking dish.

In a large bowl, mix Bisquick, milk, and sugar until just combined.

Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface. Gently knead and roll into a 12 x 8-inch rectangle.
