Ingredients

Scale

1 lb ground beef

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

1 tbsp yellow mustard

½ cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp ketchup

1 tbsp yellow mustard

1 tbsp sweet pickle relish

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp smoked paprika

½ tsp onion powder

1 tsp white vinegar

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce

1 small red onion thinly sliced

12 dill pickle slices

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Cooking spray or butter for toasting

Instructions

1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and break it apart. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and mustard. Cook until browned, then drain excess grease.

2. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, relish, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, and vinegar to make the Big Mac-style sauce. Chill for 10 minutes.

3. Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave until soft and pliable.

4. Spread sauce on each tortilla. Add cooked beef, shredded lettuce, onions, pickles, and shredded cheese.

5. Roll up the wrap tightly like a burrito, folding in the sides.

6. Optional: Toast the wrap seam-side down in a skillet with butter or spray until golden and crispy.

7. Slice and serve immediately with extra sauce if desired.

Notes

Chill the sauce for deeper flavor—it makes a difference.

Don’t overfill the wraps or they’ll be hard to roll and may tear.

Toasting the wrap adds crunch and helps seal it shut.
