- 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried thyme or rosemary
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- Make the glaze – In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.
- Prepare the chicken – Place the chicken thighs or breasts in the baking dish and pour the honey Dijon mixture over them, ensuring each piece is well coated.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes (for bone-in thighs) or 25-30 minutes (for boneless breasts), until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
