2 cups cooked shredded chicken

1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend

1/3 cup cream cheese softened

1/4 cup salsa

1 teaspoon chili powder

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1012 small flour or corn tortillas

Olive oil or cooking spray for brushing


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.

2. In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, cheese, cream cheese, salsa, chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

3. Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave for 30 seconds to soften.

4. Place 2–3 tablespoons of the filling near one edge of each tortilla and roll tightly.

5. Place rolled taquitos seam-side down on the baking sheet.
