- 30 ounces dark chocolate melting wafers
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 cup chopped dried figs
- 2 cups assorted nuts
Instructions
- Add the dark chocolate melting wafers to your crockpot or slow cooker. Cook on low for 1 hour, stirring occasionally, until completely smooth and melted.
- Once melted, stir in the golden raisins, raisins, chopped dried figs, and assorted nuts. Ensure all the ingredients are well coated in the chocolate.
- Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop spoonfuls of the chocolate mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Transfer the baking sheet to the refrigerator and chill the candy for about 1 hour, or until firm.
- Once hardened, store the candy in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 14 days.
