3 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1 teaspoon dried rosemary or thyme

1/2 teaspoon paprika

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
