Description

Ingredients
10 ounces cheese ravioli (fresh or refrigerated)
2 large eggs
2 tablespoons milk
1 cup Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups vegetable oil (for frying)
1 tablespoon chopped parsley or basil (optional)
1 cup marinara sauce (for serving)
Instructions
1. Set up a breading station with one bowl for beaten eggs and milk, another with breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, and pepper.
2. Dip each ravioli into the egg mixture, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture. Place on a tray.
3. Heat oil in a deep skillet to 350°F.
4. Fry ravioli in batches, 1–2 minutes per side, until golden brown. Do not overcrowd.
5. Drain on paper towels or a wire rack.
6. Garnish with parsley or basil, and serve with warm marinara sauce.
