Ingredients
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
0.5 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs, beaten
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
0.5 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking spray or a light drizzle of oil
0.5 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
1 tablespoon sriracha
1 teaspoon honey or sugar
1 teaspoon lime juice
2 green onions, sliced
Chopped cilantro (optional)
Extra sriracha or chili flakes (optional)
Instructions
1. Rinse and pat dry shrimp thoroughly.
2. In three separate bowls, add seasoned flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs.
3. Coat each shrimp in flour, then egg, then panko. Press breadcrumbs gently.
4. Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 3–5 minutes.
5. Arrange shrimp in a single layer, spray with oil, and air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway.
6. Mix together mayonnaise, chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, and optional honey for the sauce.
7. Drizzle sauce over shrimp before serving. Garnish with green onions and cilantro.
