Description
These crispy air fryer baby potatoes are golden on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and seasoned simply with garlic, salt, and chives. A quick, satisfying side dish that’s incredibly easy to make and pairs with just about anything.
Ingredients
1.5 pounds baby potatoes
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
Instructions
1. Wash and thoroughly dry the baby potatoes.
2. Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl.
3. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
4. Place potatoes in air fryer basket in a single layer.
5. Air fry for 16–18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
6. Transfer to a bowl, sprinkle with fresh chives, and serve hot.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
Reheat in the air fryer at 375°F for 5–7 minutes to restore crispiness.
Avoid overcrowding the air fryer for best results.
