1.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup chicken broth
3/4 cup heavy cream
3 cups cooked white rice
2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
Instructions
1. Cube the chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken until golden brown. Set aside.
