8 ounces rotini pasta

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup steamed broccoli florets (optional)

0.5 cup sliced mushrooms (optional)

Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)


Instructions

1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken, season with salt and pepper, and sear until golden and cooked through—about 5–6 minutes. Remove and set aside.
