Description

Creamy One Pot Cajun Chicken Linguine with Garlic Parmesan Sauce is a bold and comforting pasta dish made in just one pot. Featuring juicy Cajun-spiced chicken, a rich garlic parmesan cream sauce, and tender linguine, it’s an easy yet indulgent meal perfect for any night of the week.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz linguine pasta
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. Lower the heat and add butter. Once melted, sauté minced garlic for about 30–60 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Pour in chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
  6. Add linguine to the pot, cover, and simmer for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Slice cooked chicken and return to the pot, letting everything cook together for 2–3 more minutes.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley, toss, and serve hot.
