Ingredients

Scale

3 cups cooked shredded chicken

4 cups fresh broccoli florets (steamed or blanched)

1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

4 oz cream cheese softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon paprika (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Cooking spray or butter for greasing dish

Instructions

1. Shred cooked chicken and lightly steam broccoli until just tender. Drain well and set aside.

2. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.

3. Fold in the shredded chicken and broccoli until evenly coated.

4. Grease a 9×13 casserole dish. Spread the mixture into the dish and top with cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.

5. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.

6. For a crispier finish, broil for 2–3 minutes at the end.

7. Remove from oven, garnish with parsley, and let rest for 5–10 minutes before serving.

Notes

Use freshly grated cheese for the best melting and flavor.

Let the casserole sit after baking so the sauce sets slightly.

Drain steamed or frozen broccoli thoroughly to avoid a watery bake.
