Instructions
- Soften the cream cheese by leaving it at room temperature for 20-30 minutes.
- Drain the green olives, black olives, and pimentos to remove excess liquid. Slice and chop as needed.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sliced green olives, chopped black olives, and diced pimentos.
- Add garlic powder, a pinch of salt, and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
- Mix thoroughly with a spatula or hand mixer until the spread is smooth and well combined.
