  • 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sliced green olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped black olives
  • 2 tbsp diced pimentos
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Soften the cream cheese by leaving it at room temperature for 20-30 minutes.
  2. Drain the green olives, black olives, and pimentos to remove excess liquid. Slice and chop as needed.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sliced green olives, chopped black olives, and diced pimentos.
  4. Add garlic powder, a pinch of salt, and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  5. Mix thoroughly with a spatula or hand mixer until the spread is smooth and well combined.
  6. Transfer the spread to a serving dish or airtight container. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes to let the flavors meld.
