Ingredients

Scale

1 ball pizza dough

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 cup cooked chicken breast, cubed or shredded

1/2 cup whole berry cranberry sauce

6 oz brie cheese, sliced

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Optional honey or balsamic glaze

Optional red pepper flakes

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C). Place a pizza stone inside if using.

2. Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface to 10–12 inches. Transfer to parchment.

3. Brush edges with olive oil and drizzle 1 tablespoon olive oil over center. Spread evenly.

4. Layer sliced brie evenly over the dough.

5. Scatter cubed chicken over the cheese. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder if needed.

6. Spoon cranberry sauce in small dollops across the top.

7. Sprinkle thyme and black pepper across the pizza.

8. Transfer pizza (on parchment) to stone or baking sheet. Bake for 12–15 minutes.

9. Remove from oven, top with parsley, and optional honey or balsamic drizzle. Slice and serve.

Notes

Let dough come to room temperature before rolling for easier handling.

Don’t overload with cranberry sauce; a light touch prevents sogginess.

Pre-bake the crust for 5 minutes if you prefer an extra crisp bottom.
