Ingredients

Scale

1 cup brown sugar

3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

3/4 cup white chocolate, chopped

2/3 cup dried cranberries, chopped

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup dried cranberries (for topping)

1/4 cup white chocolate, melted (for drizzle)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper.

2. In a bowl, mix melted butter and brown sugar until combined. Beat in eggs and vanilla.

3. Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt until just blended. Fold in chopped white chocolate and cranberries.

4. Spread batter evenly into prepared pan. Bake for 18–22 minutes, then cool completely.

5. Beat cream cheese and softened butter until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla; mix until fluffy.

6. Spread frosting over cooled bars.

7. Sprinkle dried cranberries over frosting. Drizzle with melted white chocolate.

8. Chill for 30 minutes before slicing into bars or triangles.

9. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Always wait until the blondies are fully cooled before frosting to prevent melting.

For smooth drizzling, use high-quality white chocolate and melt it gently.

Chilling before slicing helps create clean, bakery-style triangles.
