4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)

Instructions

1. Toss sliced chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

2. Cook in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat for 4–6 minutes per side until fully cooked.

3. In a saucepan, melt butter, sauté garlic for 30 seconds, then whisk in flour to create a roux.

4. Slowly pour in warm milk while whisking until thickened.

5. Stir in cheddar, Parmesan, and optional mustard. Season to taste.

6. Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave for 15–20 seconds.

7. Add chicken and a generous spoonful of sauce to each tortilla.
