  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
  • 1 cup crushed buttery crackers or panko breadcrumbs (for topping)
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.

  3. Add sour cream, melted butter, and milk. Whisk until fully combined.
