Instructions
- Cook the Chicken: Boil, bake, or grill the chicken until fully cooked. If using rotisserie chicken, shred it into bite-sized pieces.
- Prepare the Vegetables: Chop the celery, finely dice the red onion, and halve the grape tomatoes (if using). Chop the fresh parsley.
