Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
2. In a bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
3. In another bowl, mix melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, milk, and vanilla.
4. Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined.
5. Fold in chopped apples evenly throughout the batter.
6. In a small bowl, mix ¼ cup brown sugar with 1 tsp cinnamon for the swirl.
7. Pour half the batter into the loaf pan, sprinkle half the cinnamon sugar, add the rest of the batter, and top with remaining sugar. Swirl gently.
