12 mini churros

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 12-cup muffin tin with cupcake liners.
2. Cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
3. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each, then mix in vanilla extract.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
5. Add dry ingredients to the wet in batches, alternating with milk. Mix until just combined.
6. Divide batter evenly among cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full.
7. Bake for 18–20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool completely.
8. Prepare frosting by beating cream cheese and butter until smooth.
